SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: NO PURCHASE OR ENTRY FEE NECESSARY. The Kantar “Monthly Online Survey Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on August 1, 2021 and the final monthly entry period ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2022 (“Promotion Period”) with each month being (a “Sweepstakes Entry Period”), a separate Sweepstakes. See Random Drawing Table below for twelve (12) Sweepstakes Entry Periods. A product purchase or completed survey will NOT improve your chances of winning. U.S. law governs this Sweepstakes and is subject to all applicable federal, state and county laws. Sponsor’s computer will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry who either responded to the Kantar Online Survey Sweepstakes invitation or mailed in an alternate entry, as described below in Rule# 4. Employees, directors and officers of Kantar (“Sponsor”), and the Immediate Family Members of such employees, directors, and officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and Marden Kane, Inc. and all others associated with the design, execution, production, development, promotion and distribution of this Sweepstakes or connected to this Sweepstakes in any way, are not eligible to enter. For the purposes of the Sweepstakes, “Immediate Family Members” is defined as spouse, domestic partner, parent, grandparent, children, siblings and their spouses and persons living in the same household (whether related or not. Void in Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. military bases outside the U.S., and wherever else or otherwise restricted by law.
3. PRIZES: The random drawings conducted each month will award the following prize: Grand Prize: one (1): $1,000 check, Value: $1,000 each prize. Checks that are lost, stolen or cashed without permission will not be replaced. Allow 10 weeks for delivery of Prizes.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: There are two (2) ways to enter each monthly Random Drawing:
1) Online Survey Entry Method: You will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes drawing for that specific month and receive one (1) entry when you complete a unique online survey and click on the submit button at the end of the survey.
2) Alternative Method of Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes without submitting a survey of a product or service, eligible participant will neatly hand print their full name, street address (no PO Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, email address (optional) and daytime telephone number on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and on the back of the 3” x 5” piece of paper an answer to the following question – “If you won this sweepstakes, what would you do with your prize?”, and mail it, in a #10 size envelope that must have your full name and complete mailing address that is legibly hand written in upper left hand corner on the outside of the envelope with only an affixed postage stamp that can be used to pay for postage fee (using a metered postage machine will not be accepted as a form of payment for postage and entry would be disqualified), to: Kantar Monthly Online Sweepstakes Entry, PO Box 398, Plainview, NY 11803-0398.
During each monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period, survey respondents will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes drawing and receive one (1) entry for a survey completed when they click on the submit button at the end of the survey. All completed survey entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET’) on the last day of each month to be eligible for that specific monthly drawing (please refer to the Random Drawing Table listed above). Entrants who answer survey questions will not be judged on the content of their answers and how they answered will have no influence on the random drawing. Releasees (as described below in Rule# 7) are not responsible for entries received that are unintelligible, incomplete, misdirected, received in a damaged or corrupted file, lost, late or postage due, all of which will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or by any other automatic or mechanical means are void. Limit of one (1) entry per person, per monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period regardless of entry method. Entries in excess of the limit are void. Entries will not be carried over to subsequent monthly drawings. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time which, in Sponsor’s opinion, the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules or interferes with this Sweepstakes in any manner. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the month and received by the dates listed in the Random Drawing Table to be eligible for that specific monthly drawing. Entry into this Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other Sweepstakes.
Multiple Sweepstakes participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Proof of submitting an online survey (such as a copy of a “thank you” screen or message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor of a survey for purposes of receiving an entry in this Sweepstakes.
5. RANDOM DRAWING PERIODS: Prizes will be awarded in twelve (12) monthly random drawings conducted by Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization on or about the dates listed in the Random Drawing Table, among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a Prize for a specific random drawing will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for that particular monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period. Decisions of the judges will be final and binding on all matters relating to each monthly Sweepstakes.
6. PRIZE AWARDING: Winners will be notified within 7 days of the Drawing by email address or regular mail, depending on the method of entry. If a pending winner is a minor under the law of his/her jurisdiction of residence (residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be 19 years of age or older; residents of Mississippi must be 21 years of age or older to be age of majority) at the time of entry, his or her respective parent or guardian may be required to execute an Affidavit acknowledging, confirming and consenting to the Liability Release and where legal, a Publicity Consent document in order to accept the prize on behalf of the winner. If parent or guardian is unavailable to execute this document, the winner will not receive the prize. Neither Sponsor nor Marden-Kane, Inc., will be responsible for checks sent by mail to the intended recipients that are lost, stolen, sent to the incorrect mailing address, misdirected or cashed without permission.
Prizes will be awarded only on verification by Kantar that all Drawing requirements have been met by the winners. Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitution, transfer, conversion or assignment of Prizes will be allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal value or comparable use for any reason. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected Entrants at the email address listed on the Kantar systems. The winner will have seven (7) calendar days from date of notification to accept the Prize.
The Sponsor and Marden Kane, Inc. are not responsible and shall not be liable if potential winner does not receive the Winner Notification forms or corresponding Prize because a fraudulent e-mail address or other inaccurate contact information was provided or if the e-mail sent to a potential prize winner bounces back or is intercepted by SPAM email filters or for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. If a selected Entrant cannot be contacted within the allotted time, Kantar reserves the right to void that entry and select another eligible Entrant for that Prize. Upon disqualification, no prize will be awarded. In order to be declared an official winner the selected Entrants will be required to complete, notarize and return to Marden-Kane, Inc. an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release Form along with a W9 Tax Form. Since prize value is over $600, winner will be required to provide their social security number, and declare on their tax returns, as required by law. By completing, notarizing and returning the required paperwork, the Entrant (i) confirms compliance with these Drawing Rules and Regulations, and (ii) releases and forever discharges the Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries, its affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective advertising and promotional agencies from all claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action arising or to arise by reason of the acceptance or use of the Prize. By accepting prize, winner grants permission to use his/her name, city, state, prize information, descriptions, photograph, voice, likeness, statements, and biographical information without limitation, for advertising and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, except for residents of Tennessee and wherever else prohibited by law. Prizes will be awarded and fulfilled by Marden-Kane, Inc. Unclaimed prizes may go unawarded if after four (4) attempted rounds, a potential winner is not able to be confirmed. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on Prize winners.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, and terms and conditions stated in the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. In no event will more Prizes be awarded than those listed in the Sweepstakes Official Rules. In the event that production, technical, administration or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of Grand Prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of Grand Prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims. Limit one (1) prize per person/household for the entire Promotion Period.
7. GENERAL RULES: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to abide by these Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Kantar, which are final. Any expenses related to accepting and/or using prize not listed in these rules, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, independent agents, suppliers, email providers, marketing and promotion agencies, Marden-Kane, Inc., and employees of these companies (“Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, losses, actions, damages, injuries, or losses of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, that may result from participation in the sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize. By entering, entrants agree that they will have no rights to bring (and covenant not to bring) any claim, action or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against Releasees. Releasees are not responsible for any lost, stolen, corrupted, undecipherable, misdirected or otherwise unaccounted for entries that may arise from technical errors in hardware and software programs. Sponsor has the sole right to cancel or suspend the promotion or any portion thereof for any reason whatsoever that may corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the promotion. In such cases, prizes will be awarded from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. In the event that any winner is not in compliance with the rules or is unable to be confirmed within seven (7) days of prize notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from all of the remaining qualified entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, Internet service provider, wireless carrier or other organization (e.g. business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses. Releasees assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or communications line failure caused by the sender that may limit or eliminate the ability to participate in the survey by mobile telephone or online. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Releasees are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail to be received by Releasees on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS & SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
8. DISQUALIFICATION: The Releasees are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Releasees are also not responsible for surveys received that are unintelligible, incomplete, misdirected, received in a damaged or corrupted file, or mail-in entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or received with postage due mail, all of which will be disqualified. Persons found tampering with, damaging or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes or the operation of the Kantar Survey website or any other Kantar hosted website, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Entrant’s eligibility to participate in all Sweepstakes Entry Periods and also the right to seek damages or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. If for any reason any portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, time of war, national emergency, accident, dangerous weather conditions, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, health crisis such as a pandemic or epidemic or other matters beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control (each a “Force Majeure” event), that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes and the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be posted at https://www.insightexpress.com/ix/ShowSweepRules.aspx?1362; and Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation.
9. PRIZE DISCLAIMER: The Releasees shall not be responsible nor liable to Entrants for any losses, damages or costs incurred as a result of participants submitting a survey or use of a Prize won in connection with the Drawing. By submitting a survey, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
10. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION: Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by Sponsor to fulfill the above purposes. 11. DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Connecticut or the appropriate Connecticut State Court; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut.
