Thanks for agreeing to take the Spiritual Life Survey!   There’s nothing more important to the leaders of your church than your spiritual growth.  Whether you’re just starting to explore the Christian faith, or you’re a long-time Christ-follower, they want to do everything they can to help you on your spiritual journey.   We know you are very busy and your time is valuable.  Your input will provide feedback to your church as to what’s helping you grow spiritually and what’s getting in the way.   Some things you need to know about this survey:   It’s comprehensive and thought provoking. It’s designed to be taken in one sitting.  You should set aside about 30-35 minutes to take it. It does not allow you to exit and re-enter and once you’ve advanced to the next page, you can’t go back. It’s completely anonymous so you can be open and honest with your feedback.   At the end of the survey there will be an email address should you have any questions specifically about the survey.
