If a user wishes to participate in future surveys, we may request an email address. Out of respect for our users' privacy, we also enable users to prevent the receipt of future survey invitations by following the Opting-Out practices outlined below.
At a user's request, we may communicate via email, chat, or telephone to answer service-related questions. Emails and/or chats transcripts may be maintained by us to provide assistance in resolving any inquiries.

When you do this, we will place an opt-out cookie on your device that will identify you as having no interest in further surveys or sweepstakes/contest invitations. Please note that if you remove cookies from your device, you could receive another invitation since our technology will have no way of knowing if an invitation has been previously offered. Maintaining, Updating, Deleting, or Deactivating Personal Information
If a user's personal information (such as phone number, email or postal address) changes, or if a user no longer wishes to use our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users' personal information. This can be done by emailing Customer Support at email@example.com or through one of the contact methods listed below. We will attempt to respond to any request within 30 days of submitting the request.
Users who respond to our surveys or sweepstakes/contests will be assigned a unique user ID. The information associated with this unique ID, such as the last time you viewed or completed a survey, will be stored for a period of 1 year. In the event you elect to submit your email address upon completion of a survey or in connection with a sweepstake/contest or otherwise contact us, it will be deleted 2 years after it is last used by us.
