Courtney Brown, Meredith Klein-Hertzel and Jenna Hensel Join InsightExpress; New Positions Significantly Bolster Customer Service Organization

STAMFORD, CT- July 25, 2005 -- InsightExpress, a leading online market research firm, announced today the appointment of three individuals to new positions within its Customer Service Organization. Courtney Brown and Meredith Klein-Hertzel have joined the Company in customer service positions within its Stamford office, while Jenna Hensel joins the San Francisco office. All appointments are already effective. Courtney Brown joins the Company as Project Manager. Most recently, she was the Managing Director of the Huntington Learning Center in Westport, CT, where she was responsible for a number of Center initiatives including curriculum development, staffing, sales and Center profitability. Brown is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, Storrs, where she received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Psychology.

Meredith Klein-Hertzel joins InsightExpress as a Customer Service Representative. Previously, she was employed by The Country Club in Chestnut Hill, MA, where she was the Assistant Manager of Racquet Sports. Meredith graduated Summa Cum Laude from Landmark College, where she received an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts, and most recently attended Bentley College where her emphasis was Information Design and Corporate Communications. She has held a number of Customer Service positions in the entertainment and sports service industries.

Jenna Hensel joins InsightExpress as a Project Manager in the San Francisco Office. Jenna is a recent graduate of Arizona State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. Jenna's most recent position was with the International Latino Film Festival as a member of the Media Production Committee.
