InsightExpress Announces Two New Appointments; Marks Continued Expansion of Client Service Organization

Dana Taylor, a freelance copywriter and brand strategist, began her ad career at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco. She has also held the position of Copywriter, Brand Loyalty for Mervyn's in Hayward, CA, where she was responsible for strategic, brand and campaign development for the corporate strategic vision across all media, including interactive, collateral and relationship/direct marketing. In her new role at InsightExpress, Taylor will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with agency brand planners exclusively.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Public Relations from University of Colorado-Boulder and a Masters of Science, Advertising from Virginia Commonwealth University - Adcenter. She resides in Seattle, WA with her husband and daughter. Keith Busch assumes his new role as Account Manager within the Emerging Markets Group. Most recently, Busch served as a Project Manager at InsightExpress where he managed custom online research studies for leading Fortune 500 companies. Busch has experience managing projects in many areas, including ad/concept testing, brand tracking, segmentation and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Insight Express, Busch spent 5 years as a Corporate Relocation Consultant for Cendant Mobility Services in Danbury, CT. He graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a degree in Communications and Human Relations. He currently resides in Danbury, CT.
