InsightExpress Announces Two New Staff Appointments; Significantly Bolsters Client Services Organization and Survey Response Capabilities

STAMFORD, CT- September 27, 2005 -- InsightExpress, a leading online market research firm, announced today two key appointments that will significantly strengthen the company's Client Services organization and survey response capabilities. Mark Sullivan has been promoted to Custom Panel Manager within the Custom Panels Group, while Marc Ferriner has been appointed as Online Media Planner/Buyer within the Respondent Delivery Group. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Mark Sullivan: Custom Panel Manager, Custom Panels Group
In his new role, Sullivan will be responsible for daily client relations associated with establishing and managing Custom Panels, a marketing research solution from InsightExpress that enables clients to measure attitudes and behaviors of a specific audience (such as customers, employees, etc.) over time. Custom Panels consist of a group of pre-qualified, non-professional respondents who are recruited and built by InsightExpress or an audience provided by the client. These panels represent proprietary research assets of the client, and provide ongoing data, insight and feedback.

Sullivan joined InsightExpress one year ago as a Customer Services representative, and most recently worked as a Project Manager. Prior to joining InsightExpress, he was a credit analyst at Ford Motor Credit in Atlanta, GA.

Sullivan received a BA from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL and currently resides in New Canaan, CT.

Marc Ferriner: Online Media Planner/Buyer, Respondent Delivery Group
As Online Media Planner/Buyer at InsightExpress, Ferriner assumes responsibility for optimizing and driving the effectiveness of e-RDD, the company's patented web-based direct response sampling model, which provides clients with access to targeted individuals who share their opinions via online surveys. Ferriner will be directly involved in all aspects of the online media buying and creative development process, including improving cost effectiveness.

Most recently, Ferriner worked as a Traffic Manager at Direct Media, where he was the primary liaison between Account Executives and Creative Services. He also oversaw the advertising and promotion schedule, led vendor negotiations, tracked advertising expenditures, and managed cost comparison reports.
