InsightExpress Announces Expansion of Customer Service Team; Appointments Underscore Continued Dedication to Client Satisfaction

STAMFORD, CT- October 17, 2005 -- InsightExpress, a leading online market research firm, announced today several key appointments and promotions within its Customer Service team. These appointments not only mark the company's continued growth, but also highlight its unwavering focus on client service. All appointments are effective immediately.

Led by Dave Kmetz, Director of Customer Service, the Customer Service organization at InsightExpress is a team of proactive problem-solvers, dedicated to guiding clients through the research process and resolving any inquiries that may arise. Experts in the company's state-of-the-art research technology, they provide knowledgeable support in order to ensure high-quality results and an enjoyable, successful research experience.

Samantha Eskenazi: Customer Service Manager
Samantha Eskenazi, a valuable member of the InsightExpress team since July 2003, has been promoted to Customer Service Manager. Most recently a Project Manager at InsightExpress, she has successfully managed many complex, high-profile projects, and has been responsible for training new team members. Eskenazi has also held the position of Customer Service Representative at the company. As Customer Service Manager, she will be responsible for managing customer service teams in San Francisco, CA and Stamford, CT. A graduate of Binghamton University, she resides in Norwalk, CT with her husband, Albert.

Jean Marie McCormick, Jon Weinstein, and Annalisa DeLena: Project Managers
Jean Marie McCormick and Jon Weinstein, two key members of the East Coast Customer Service team, have been promoted to Project Manager positions. Both McCormick and Weinstein joined InsightExpress in March 2005 as Customer Service Representatives. Client-focused and well versed in the company's research solutions, they have each been involved in a number of important projects, ranging from work with major Fortune 500 clients to niche brands. McCormick is a graduate of Fordham University and a resident of Stamford, CT. Weinstein graduated from the University of Michigan and lives in Norwalk, CT with his wife, Irene.

Annalisa DeLena has also been promoted to Project Manager. Based in San Francisco, DeLena has been a member of InsightExpress' West Coast Customer Service team since its inception. During this time, she has provided outstanding support to clients, particularly those on the West Coast. A graduate of San Francisco State University, DeLena resides in San Francisco, CA.
