October 26, 2005 InsightExpress Announces Appointments to AdInsights Team; New Positions Support Increased Demand for the Online Media Measurement Solution STAMFORD, CT-October 26, 2005 -- InsightExpress, a leading online market research firm, announced today the appointment of Melissa Sherman and Julie Wu to Project Manager positions within the company's AdInsights Group. The appointments are effective immediately. The expansion of the AdInsights Group, a team of specialists focused on online media measurement, development and optimization, is driven by continued high demand for this unique research solution. Using a proven simultaneous test/control research design, AdInsights is powered by InsightExpress' patented business methods. Through custom surveys designed by market research experts at InsightExpress, AdInsights uniquely enables clients to focus on their specific marketing and advertising needs without constraints. It also provides the industry's most current normative database, with more than 2,500,000 ad effectiveness surveys completed within the last two years. As members of a team led by Drew Lipner, Group Director of AdInsights, Sherman and Wu will manage advertising effectiveness projects for AdInsights clients. They will work with the industry's largest online publishers and web sites to measure exposure and response to all forms of online advertising. Sherman and Wu will also partner with ad traffickers at high-profile web sites to ensure that survey completions are acquired from individuals exposed to online ads. Sherman joins InsightExpress from Freestyle Interactive in San Francisco, CA where she most recently held the position of Media Planner. In this role, she was responsible for developing media strategies and negotiating media buys for her clients that resulted in successful advertising campaigns. Sherman also has experience in advertising creative development and graphic design. A resident of San Francisco, she received a BS in Psychology and a BA in Fine Arts from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY. Wu comes to InsightExpress from CBS Marketwatch/Dow Jones Online, where she worked as an Executive Assistant & Sales Assistant. In this position, Wu provided comprehensive support for the Executive Vice President of Marketing & Sales and the Advertising Sales team, working with Account Managers on multiple online campaigns and assisting with campaign optimization. Wu has also worked as a Client Service Representative at Murray Hill Center, a full-service focus group research facility. A resident of San Francisco, she received a BA from Brooklyn College, City College of New York.
