InsightExpress Announces Three New Appointments; Expands Client Support Capabilities and Technology Resource

STAMFORD, CT- November 16, 2005 -- InsightExpress, a leading online market research firm, announced today several key appointments within the Customer Service and Product Operations teams. These appointments reflect the company's continued growth and underscore its dedication to providing clients with enhanced support and technology resources. All appointments are effective immediately.

Alison Bemont and Marjorie Hoffmann: Customer Service Representatives

Alison Bemont and Marjorie Hoffmann have joined InsightExpress as Customer Service Representatives. Led by Dave Kmetz, Director of Customer Service, the Customer Service organization is a team of proactive problem-solvers, dedicated to guiding clients and resolving any inquiries that may arise during the research process. They provide knowledgeable support in order to ensure high-quality research results and an enjoyable, successful research experience.

Bemont, a former employee of PC Telecom and the Denis Mathews Company, brings diverse customer relations skills to her new position. She received a BA in English from the University of Connecticut at Storrs and currently resides in Stamford, CT.

Hoffmann joins InsightExpress from Ariel Books in Fairfield, CT. As Assistant Editor & Project Manager there, she was responsible for managing all aspects of the editorial process. A graduate of Lehigh University, Hoffmann currently resides in Stamford, CT.

Dave Kmetz, Director of Customer Service, commented, "Our commitment to client service continues to be the primary focus at InsightExpress. Both Alison and Marjorie are valuable additions to the Customer Service team, and I'm delighted to have them on board."

Janelle Taylor: Software Quality Assurance Tester, Product Operations

Led by Mike Queenan, Manager of Product Operations, the Product Operations group is a technically-focused team of product support and QA specialists responsible for the development and maintenance of InsightExpress' product portfolio and web site.

Taylor joins the Product Operations group as a Software Quality Assurance Tester. In her new role, she will develop and manage test cases and requirement test plans, and create and execute test scripts. Taylor will also work with the development team and the Quality Assurance leader to validate reported system deficiencies, escalating valid reports to the appropriate channels.

A skilled programmer, database designer and web designer, Taylor comes to InsightExpress from Reboot Computer Services in Forest Hills, NY. There she provided technology support for clients and internal constituents. Taylor has also worked on database application and design projects at Sagicor (Life of Barbados Ltd) in St. Michael, Barbados, West Indies. She holds a BS in Computer Information Sciences from Barry University in Miami, FL and a Master of Science in Internet Technology from Pace University in White Plains, NY. Taylor currently resides in White Plains, NY.

Mike Queenan, Product Operations Manager, commented, "Our goal is to provide clients with a superior research experience.
