December 6, 2005 InsightExpress Announces Two New Appointments; Expands Survey Response and Client Service Capabilities STAMFORD, CT- December 6, 2005 -- InsightExpress, a leading online market research firm, announced today two appointments to new positions that will expand the company's survey response and client support capabilities. Both appointments are effective immediately.Nina Willette: Online Media Project Manager, Media & Custom Panels Led by Suzanne Hasbrouck, the Media & Custom Panels group drives survey response media planning activities at InsightExpress and oversees InsightPanels, the company's rapidly growing Custom Panel department. Comprised of pre-qualified, non professional respondents, InsightPanels enable clients to measure attitudes and behaviors of a specific audience over time. Nina Willette joins the group as Online Media Project Manager. She will be responsible for survey respondent delivery and incentive management for custom panel clients. Willette comes to InsightExpress from Harris Interactive where she most recently held the position of Project Controller. There she was responsible for survey builds, quality assurance, mailings and incentive fulfillment. A resident of Westport, CT, Willette graduated cum laude with a BS in Marketing from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. She is currently working towards an MBA at Fairfield University. Lisa Fanthorpe-White: Customer Service Representative Lisa Fanthorpe-White joins the Customer Service team at InsightExpress as a Customer Service Representative. She will be located in San Francisco, expanding the company's West Coast Customer Service group. Fanthorpe-White will be an integral part of the West Coast team as it continues to provide outstanding market research support to InsightExpress clients. Fanthorpe-White joins the company from McCann-Erickson where she most recently held the position of Assistant Media Buyer. In this role she assisted multiple buyers in both regional and dealer markets with the placement and maintenance of all radio and TV airtime. During her tenure Fanthorpe-White built strong professional relationships both with clients and station representatives. A resident of San Francisco, Fanthorpe-White holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication/Electronic Media from the University of Oregon.
