InsightExpress Continues Expansion of AdInsights Group with Appointment of Harmen Westra and Annette Mullin

STAMFORD, CT -- February 2, 2006 -- InsightExpress, a leading online market research firm, announced today two new positions within the companys rapidly expanding AdInsights Group. Harmen Westra has been appointed as Director of AdInsights, East Coast and Annette Mullin has been appointed Director of Marketing & Account Management for the Group. Both appointments are effective immediately.

The expansion of the AdInsights Group is driven by increasing demand for this unique research solution. Led by Drew Lipner, Group Director of AdInsights, this team of specialists is focused on online media measurement, development and optimization. Harmen Westra: Director of AdInsights, East Coast

In his new role, Westra will be responsible for developing sales strategies by region for NYC (including Boston), Chicago (including Minneapolis and Detroit), and Atlanta/Florida. In addition to managing and directing AdInsights East Coast territory and team, he will also help set the overall strategy and long-term vision for AdInsights.

Before joining InsightExpress Harmen spent five years at Nielsen//Netratings in New York, where he most recently held the position of Sales Director, Media and Agencies U.S. There he was responsible for sales and account management, handling a sizeable client portfolio of high-profile advertising agencies and select media companies located in the Eastern region of the U.S. Westra is well-versed in a variety of research tools, including media measurement solutions and online methodologies. He was also the founder of Dutch Treat, a candy, food and gift store, and has worked as an International Inside Sales Representative at Software House International in Somerset, NJ.

Westra graduated from Erasmus University, Rotterdam School of Management, with a Master of Science in Business Administration. He lives in Hampton, NJ with his wife and two children.

Annette Mullin: Director of Marketing & Account Management, AdInsights

As Director of Marketing & Account Management for AdInsights, Annette Mullin will work closely with the companys corporate Marketing team to develop compelling marketing and communications strategies in support of the AdInsights product. She will also manage specific key accounts and partnerships and help drive key industry research initiatives.

Prior to joining InsightExpress, Mullin spent seven years as the Director of Marketing at Unicast, the online advertising arm of Viewpoint Corporation in San Francisco. There, she developed creative marketing strategies and research programs to position Unicast as the leader in its class. Mullin started her career in online advertising as Marketing Manager at INTERVU (now part of Akamai technologies) in San Diego where she managed all marketing activities, including events, sales collateral and external relationships. She has also held marketing and research positions at CompCare, part of UCSD and Market Development, both in San Diego.

Mullin is a resident of Galt, CA, where she lives with her husband and daughter. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from San Diego State University.
