InsightExpress Continues to Build Customer Service Team
Four New Appointments Underscore Dedication to Client Support

STAMFORD, CT -- October 19, 2006 -- InsightExpress, a leading online market research firm, announced today four new appointments within its Customer Service Team. Alison Bemont and Marjorie Hoffmann have been promoted to the position of Project Manager, while Kimberly Cheung and Henry Halim have joined the company as Customer Service Representatives. All appointments are effective immediately.

Led by Dave Kmetz, the Customer Service organization at InsightExpress is a team of proactive problem-solvers, dedicated to guiding clients through the research process and resolving any inquiries that may arise. Experts in the company's state-of-the-art research technology, they provide knowledgeable support in order to ensure high-quality results and an enjoyable, successful research experience.

Alison Bemont and Marjorie Hoffmann: Project Managers

In their new role as Project Managers, both Bemont and Hoffmann will act as a project point person, fielding all post-sale inquiries from clients. They will be responsible for managing the research execution process, from survey creation, to field management, to results availability. Additionally, they will help clients interpret data from frequency charts, cross-tabs, and other online tools.

Bemont joined InsightExpress in September 2005 as a Customer Service Representative. She was previously employed as a Sales Manager/Administrator at the Denis Mathews Company. Bemont graduated from University of Connecticut and currently resides in Stamford, CT.

Hoffmann, previously Assistant Editor and Project Manager at Ariel Books, joined InsightExpress in September 2005 as a Customer Service Representative. A graduate of Lehigh University, she also resides in Stamford.

Kimberly Cheung and Henry Halim: Customer Service Representatives

Cheung joins InsightExpress from the Huntington Learning Center in Westport, CT, where she most recently held the position of Center Director. In this role, Cheung sold and personalized educational programs and provided leadership to a team of managers. A graduate from the University of Connecticut, Cheung currently resides in Stamford, CT.

Halim is a recent graduate of the University at Buffalo. While in school he was employed at Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. in Williamsville, NY where he held the position of Customer Service Associate. In this role he provided customer service and developed a training program to help new team members effectively meet the needs of customers. Henry currently resides in Stamford.
