InsightExpress Announces Two New Appointments
Companys Client Support Capabilities Continue to Grow

STAMFORD, CT -- April 24, 2007 -- InsightExpress, a leading online market research firm, announced today two new appointments. Sarah Chan and Melanie Rago have both joined the company as Customer Service Representatives. Both appointments are effective immediately.

The Customer Service organization at InsightExpress, led by Dave Kmetz, is a team of proactive problem-solvers, dedicated to guiding clients through the research process and resolving any inquiries that may arise. Experts in the company's state-of-the-art research technology, they provide knowledgeable support in order to ensure high-quality results and an enjoyable, successful research experience.

Sarah Chan: Customer Service Representative

Chan joins InsightExpress from The Wall Street Journal where she most recently held the position of Account Coordinator. In this role, she interacted with agencies and clients across the organization and coordinated advertising for retail finance accounts. Prior to The Wall Street Journal, Chan was a Customer Service Representative at Providian. Here, she handled incoming calls, provided over-the-phone support for online troubleshooting and offered step-by-step assistance for online accounts.

Chan graduated from California State University of Hayward with a B.S in Business Administration. She currently resides in Hayward, CA.

Melanie Rago: Customer Service Representative

Rago joins InsightExpress from Kaplan Inc. where she most recently held the position of Personal Tutoring Director at the SCORE! Educational Center in Darien, CT. In this role, she facilitated educational plans, developed marketing plans for the center, and was responsible for revenue, membership numbers and member services. Prior to Kaplan Inc., Rago was a Sales Assistant at The Chicago Tribune. Here, she ensured the correct entry of advertisements as well as compiled, prepared, and submitted advertising insertion orders.

A resident of White Plains, NY, Rago holds a B.A. in Communication from Marist College and an M.B.A. in General Management from Dowling College.
