InsightExpress Announces Three New Appointments
Reflects Continued Development of Company's Client Service Organization

Joseph Cesaria: Group Director, Media Sector

In his new role, Cesaria will be responsible for the overall management, growth and strategy of the Media sector. A research veteran with 17 years of marketing research experience, Cesaria joined InsightExpress in November 2004 as a Senior Account Executive. Since joining the company, Cesaria has made a strong impact in the Media sector at InsightExpress as both a Senior Account Executive and Director. His proven sales and management skills have helped to bolster and establish relationships with key clients.

Cesaria has also held key positions at Ipsos and Barry Leeds & Associates. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Dowling College. He currently resides in Oakdale, NY with his wife, Christine, and daughter, Faith.

Niki Tyson: Director, Technology Sector

In her new role, Tyson will continue to create customized market research programs for technology-oriented clients based on an understanding of their needs and business issues.

Since joining InsightExpress in February 2006, Tyson has deepened existing relationships with key clients by consistently identifying ways to offer more full service consultative research services. Prior to InsightExpress, Tyson held research positions at TNS NFO, Maritz Market Research and SRI. Additionally, she has been an on-site consultant for IBM.

Tyson graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing. She currently resides in San Francisco, CA with her husband, Tony.

Kevin Evers: Account Manager, Technology Sector

Evers joins InsightExpress from Survey Sampling International where he most recently held the position of Account Executive. In this role, he managed client accounts, prospected new business and oversaw a team of project managers.

As Account Manager, Evers will help support and grow the business of the Technology sector by working closely with existing clients and developing new business relationships with key account targets. Evers holds a Bachelor's degree from Western Connecticut University and currently resides in Seymour, CT with his wife, Stacie.
