InsightExpress Announces Five New Appointments
Signifies Companys Commitment to Technical Excellence

Led by Michael Queenan, the Product Operations team is responsible for the maintenance and support of InsightExpress' Web properties and research product portfolio, the construction and enhancement of internal support tools and product features, and quality assurance.

Suresh Kollipara: Senior Database Architect

Kollipara joined InsightExpress in July of 2001 as Database Administrator. In his new role, he will manage InsightExpress' database systems. During his time at InsightExpress, Kollipara has been responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of the company's database systems including settings, indexes, and overall performance. Kollipara graduated from Andhra University in India with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and currently resides in Stamford, CT.

Dan Koppie: Software Engineer

Koppie joined InsightExpress in March of 2005 as Software Support Specialist. In his new role, he will manage software related needs. Since joining the company, Koppie has performed and mentored teammates on survey scripting and delivered technical solutions for all incoming requests. Prior to InsightExpress, Koppie held information technology positions at NBC and General Electric. He graduated from Westchester Community College and currently resides in Staten Island, NY.

Janelle Taylor: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Taylor joined InsightExpress in November of 2005 as Software Quality Assurance Tester. In her new role, she will serve as the primary point of contact for all Customer Service and Media technical support needs, in addition to continuing her code testing deployment responsibilities. During her time at InsightExpress, Taylor has supported multiple InsightExpress teams, especially through the analysis and coordination of reported defects and the identification of software issues for the company at large. Taylor holds a B.S. from Barry University and an M.S. from Pace University. She currently resides in Elmsford, NY.

James Eastwood: Junior Database Administrator

Eastwood joins InsightExpress from Subway World Headquarters where he most recently held the position of Database Analyst. In this position, he provided 24-hour support for all company databases. He also coordinated the scheduling of all database backups, replications, maintenance, and production jobs as well as managed production query changes and approved database structure changes.

As Junior Database Administrator, Eastwood will work closely with InsightExpress' Senior Database Architect on all database related responsibilities for the organization. Eastwood holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Sacred Heart University and currently resides in Fairfield, CT.

Ramon Llenado: Internet Developer

Llenado joins InsightExpress from Misys Banking Systems where he most recently held the position of Developer. In this role, he worked with an assortment of the latest Internet and database technologies to develop multi-tiered financial applications.

As an Internet Developer, Llenado will be working closely with the technical team on various product development projects and application level initiatives. Llenado graduated from Mapua Institute of Technology in the Philippines with a B.S. in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He currently resides in Yonkers, NY.
